Seinfeld terug op V8

Good news for Dutch Seinfeld fans, so I will continue this message in Dutch. Sorry for all those non-dutch speaking Seinfeldians out there, but this message is of no importance to you.

Vanaf 13 januari gaat V8 iedere werkdag een Seinfeld-aflevering uitzenden om 20.00, ze beginnen met seizoen 5. Hopelijk zijn het complete afleveringen, want hoewel het begrip syndication in Nederland bij mijn weten onbekend is, heeft V8 (toen nog Fox 8) in het verleden incomplete afleveringen uitgezonden. Sommigen duurden (exclusief de reclame) amper 20,5 minuten, terwijl een complete aflevering ongeveer 22,5 minuten duurt. En aangezien het oude Fox 8 hetzelfde logo had als de Amerikaanse Fox zender (waar nu dus de afleveringen worden uitgezonden met syndication cuts) sluit ik niet uit dat hetzelfde materiaal wordt gebruikt. Maar laten we hopen dat V8 hetzelfde materiaal gaat uitzenden als Net5, die waren volgens mij wel compleet.

No, it is not, even though the dutch word for german (the language) is "duits". German is spoken in Germany, dutch in the Netherlands. Why the language is called dutch I don't know.

The only thing I just can't understand is why you Germans take The Netherlands serious. You won the world cup 3 times! We were only 1 time "Europameister". It's the same with The Netherlands and Belgium. When it comes to soccer, I just don't take Belgium serious.
