Fans search for and discuss the cable guy's monologue from "The Cadillac" episode where he apologizes to Kramer for making him wait, debating the exact wording of key phrases.
I am looking for the monologue that the cable guy did in the cadillac episode when he finally knocked on kramers door and gave up, and went thru this whole speech on how he doesn't know why he makes people wait.

All right, I know you're in there. I know you can hear me.
You win, OK? You win. Can't do it any more. What do you want from me? An apology?. All right, I'm sorry. There I said it. ... I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I see now how we made you feel when we made you sit at home waiting.
I don't know why we do it. I guess maybe we just kind of enjoy taking advantage of people. We'll that's going to change. From now on, no more 9 to noon. No more 1 to 5. We'll kind of have appointments. Eleven o'clock will mean eleven o'clock. If we can't make it we'll call ya, tell you why.
For god's sake if a doctor can do it why can't we?
... Anyway that's it. ==================================================== <Cable guy starts to walk away, Kramer opens the door and stares at him silently expressing forgiveness. They pause and embrace.>
I'd swear he says "We're gonna have appointments."
BTW, Mike?
Working on another script, "The Butter Shave". Should be completed by this weekend. :)

I checked it a few more times this morning. I am sure he says "We'll kinda have appointments"
That makes it somewhat funnier - even in this humble declaration of confession he can not get himself to say they actually will have appointments. But they will "kinda" be appointments. Also "kinda" is a "K" word and all comedy writers know "K" words are funnier.
But I did make an error in the times. He says "9 to 12", "not 9 to noon" as I wrote.
