Viewers clarify that Jerry yells to Kramer on the roof where he is keeping a live chicken, resolving confusion about the scene's setup.

They played The Cockfight last night (I think that's what it's called) - the one with 'Little Jerry Seinfeld'.

In it, Jerry goes to his window and yells UP to Kramer something like 'Come on down' (like Ralph Kramden did).

Did I miss something??? Was Kramer on the roof or something?? Or was there a time when he didn't live across the hall...

The episode is called; "The Little Jerry" - Kramer was "working" with the chicken on the roof.
