Fans share their favorite Seinfeld lines and jokes, with the original poster highlighting George's comedic "BEEP BEEP BEEP" backing-up bit from The Burning as their all-time favorite.
I would have to say that my favorite line of all time was in "The Burning" wher George and Jerry are being serious and talking about the phone conversation Jerry just had with his girlfriend Sophie, and he pretened to be some guy named Raef. He tells George she told him something about a tractor story that she hadn't told Jerry yet. and George goes: "Whoa, tractor story? Back it up, back it up. BEEP BEEP BEEP". And Jerry: "BEEP BEEP BEEP??? What are you doing??" HA HA HA. I crack up every time I see that one. I have it video taped just to watch it when I feel like a good laugh.
Anyway, what is everyone else's? P.S. Anyone here know of some really good trivia sites? I'd love to take them, thanks.
HAHAHA! That scene was in the "Best of 100" that was on yesterday. It just gets better and better every time I watch it. ("It's funny 'cause it's true.") Then again, anything Elaine says cracks me up. Stelllllaaaaa! STEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAA!!!
Well there are soo many, but a few of my favs that come to hand:
George: "Just when you think I'm out........they pull me back in." (when Jerry tells him he has to stay with Susan a bit longer while she finds a new job, at least a couple of interviews)
Kramer: "You know....I think you're in love with him" (telling George he thinks he is in love with the mimbo)
Kramer: "Come on George, the Pigman would give you a ride if you needed one" (might not be exact quote) -from the Bris episode. This is the sort of understated humour that makes Seinfeld one for the ages.
1."I'll try! I'll try to de-sour and sweeten!" 2."You're a rabid anti-dentite!" 3."You could throw a dart out the window and hit someone better than me!" 4."Phoning people I barely know and demanding they return expensive gifts--that's my 'thing'??"

It's not like spotting a toupe. (about spotting a virgin). Pulp can move baby! Adjacent to refuse, is refuse. Giddy Up! The sea was angry that day my friends, like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli! ================= http://www.triviawars.com is an excellent trivia site and has an awsome section for Seinfeld.

After Newman says "I'm a little disappointed", Jerry retorts "You're not a little ANYTHING Newman!" (being a new poster, my apologies for sending this twice-oops)
Mr. Thomassoulo likes to lay dirty. Well, there's nothing dirtier than a giant ball of oil.
Itcha peach. I say, itcha peach.
It's your urine, Elaine! You've tested positive for opium. White palace. Yam-yam. Shanghai Sally.
S.A.: No thanks, I never touch 'em. Kramer: No? Well, I suck 'em down like Coca-Cola.
If Jerry finds out I'm hooked on Rogers' chicken, I'm back in there with the red menace!

Who doesn't have instant coffee? You buy a jar of Folger's crystals, you put it in the cupboard and you forget about it. Then when you need it, it's there. It lasts forever, it's freeze-dried. Freeze-dried crystals.

But ya are, Blanche! Ya are in da shackles! Gee, I really can't wait to read my Time magazine...maybe I'll read it tomorrow - in the park! Supposed to be a ba-yoo-tiful day! Have a nice life! Sentence, that is!
Elaine: My roommate has Lyme disease. Jerry: Lyme disease? I thought she had Epstein-Barr syndrome? Elaine: She has this in addition to Epstein-Barr. It's like Epstein-Barr with a twist of Lyme disease.
Jerry: "There's too much urinary freedom in this society. I'm proud to hold it in. It builds character."
The Little Jerry is the best episode ever!! "Little Jerry loves the Mornings" Kramer talking to Jerry about his new rooster "Is he from the future?" Jerry asking Elaine about her new boyfriend. "Some moran bounced a clown check"Elaine to Jerry and George at Monk's
I tape Seinfeld every night and haven't watched it for almost a week, so I'm guessing the one I watched last night was from last Wednesday. It was the one where George and Jerry go to the hotel to meet Elaine to have dinner with Elaine's Dad. Elaine is late and they have to sit there and make conversation with her grouchy dad. They are scared to death of him and decide they can't possibly stay any longer. Jerry asked George in the bathroom what they could say to get away from Mr Benes. George says, "We'll say we're frightened and we have to go home!" I LOVE that line. In fact that whole episode is probably one of my favorites. Jason Alexander is so great. I definitely think that George's character was much better written in the early years before he got so whiney you just wanted to slap him. OTOH, Kramer's character evolved so much in later episodes. He was just kind of strange and it was a little difficult to watch him early on. Anyway, that's one of my favorite lines and favorite episodes. Lee
For me, it's got to be when the telemarketer calls Jerry and Jerry asks for his home phone number and he'll call him back. When the telemarketer refuses, Jerry says "I guess you don't like strangers calling your home? Now you know how I feel." and he hangs up.
That was one of the biggest laughs I ever had! :) It still hurts!
Does anyone know in which episode number this was? Yesterday I searched through almost every episode in season 4 that I thought it was in, but so far no result. I thought it was in The Opera or The Movie the first time. What I did remember was, that it was around 10 minutes or something in one of the episodes.

Mine has to be in the cock fighting episode. Kramer is telling Jerry he can get his check back for him as long as Little Jerry wins his fight Saturday night. Jerry's reaction is priceless. A few second response, and all he can blurt out is....."what???" Kills me aevery time I see it. SO, can one word constitute a favorite line ever????? What????
:) Yep, that's it. Of course, half of how funny it was is how he performed the scene. You know, Seinfeld has been a great escape during the past month from all the horrible stuff going on. I just never get tired of watching it because every single show has so many memorable lines and situations. Now it's on twice per night (in Chicago at least)!
That's a great line. The scene where Jerry first discovers he has to wear the puffy shirt is a classic. Jerry's first appearance in the shirt is also dangerously funny.
