recurring phrases

after posting the article with the subject "a little buffer zone" about the recurring "buffer zone" phrase, it started me thinking about other recurring phrases:

a "buffer zone": read the post

"it didn't take":
    george, about his shower, in "the jimmy";
    george, about susan's foray into lesbianism, in (i think) "the
engagement";

"we're living in a society!"
    george in "the chinese restaurant";
    george in ();

"sub-par"
    someone in ();
    jerry in ();

my favorite, because it is reversed:
    "i don't want to be a pirate!":  jerry in "the puffy shirt";
    "i *want* to be a pirate.":  kramer in ()--he had an eye patch;

others?

Another recurring phrase is the use of "the vault". Such as Susan using it after hearing Elaine say it in "The Pool Guy". Also both Jerry and George have used this phrase in other episodes

What about "GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!" (complete with shove, usually from Elaine)

How about the episode where Jerry has to get his apartment fumagated because of fleas. He finds Chunky wrappers under the couch and immediately assumes its Newman; "I know the chunky that ate these Chunky's!" "NEWMAN"

There's also the famous "Oh, for crying out loud..." said by Jerry. It was so perfect at the end of the episode about Jerry's car being stolen, as Kramer shows up with his gloves that he apparently recovered from the car thief. Like the K-man managed to do this, without considering apprehending the guy!

How about "You're killing independant George" and "We're living in a society" Those have been used more than once.

The most recurring phrase has got to be by far is, "Come on up."

"George is getting upset!" --George

Several times, starting with "The Jimmy" and including the one about "You're killing independent George."

How about "George is getting angry!", a saying which he stole from his buddy Jimmy. ("You know, Jimmy likes Elaine" - Jimmy) Scott

Someone had mentioned "buffer zone" before, and in last night's syndicated episode, Elaine said she needed a "buffer", ie Jerry & George, with her at dinner with her dad.

What about pro- and anti-? I can only name one example of each but I'm sure there have been others. Can anyone name some others?
