Why did the Soup Nazi get along so well with Kramer?

I know there is the scene where the Soup Nazi is talking to Kramer and is angry about the chest being stolen and the crime in the city.

I just can't believe that of all people to get along with the Soup Nazi, Kramer is the one. I would think he would screw up the ordering process almost immediately.

kramer's SO unpredictable (that's what makes him kramer) how about his friend bob saccamono? remember him? or kramer's trip to hollywood? there's just no telling what he does, so i can see him bieng "in" with the soup nazi

Remember in the episode where Jerry wants him to chaperone his date with the Miss America candidate and he wants Kramer to get lost after dinner so they can be alone but Kramer adamantly refuses because "those are the rules" and "that's the way I was raised"?

Don't forget the episode when Jerry asked Kramer if he would rat on him if he killed someone and Kramer said he definitely would. It was the episode when Kramer spilled coffee on himself at the cinema, and Jerry turned him in.

Hi, I am wondering about Kramer's strict adherance to the 'rules'. He encourages Jerry to pee in the parking garage, asking him if he ever gets tired of following the rules...then again, he was adamant about the guy picking up the golf ball, and not playing it where it lies. A few contradictions to ponder.

I think it's because Kramer recognizes and respects his artistry with the soup, and the Soup Nazi knows this. Whenever any of the others complain about how mean he is, Kramer always counters by saying that he (S.N.)suffers for his art.
