Best Elaine Moment

My favourite is her experiences sitting in coach in the Airport episode.

i liked when she was in the hospital after not eating for 3 days or whatever it was, in one of the early seasons.

My favorite Elaine moment is when she's invited one of her boyfriends to stay for a few days, and realizes she doesn't like him anymore. When they wake up too late to make his flight home, Elaine goes nuts trying to get him out of the door. That was premier acting!

For me its a toss up between when she was on a date & the guy "Took IT out" and the time when she needed toilet paper and Jerry's girlfriend couln't spare a square. There are just so many classic moments to choose from!

(and when she looses the button of her blouse at the movies....)

That was excellent! Wasn't it an earlier episode too? It seemed to me it was one of the first glimpses we got of how funny/over-the-top Julia Louis-Dreyfus could be.

How abouot the episode where Kramer is going ouot with Elaine's roommate and walks in her while she is changing.

Elaine: He's seen me naked, Jeerrrrrryyy. How am I supposed to go on??

The little dance she does to show her anxiety is brilliant.

I liked when Elaine bought the case of "Today's Sponges" from that drug store. Then she had the little question and answer with the guy she was going out with to see if he was worthy enough to use one on. Then in the morning he wanted to again and she wouldn't part with another one! That cracks me up! Plus the fact that George stops by to get one cause that is what Susan uses and Elaine wouldn't give one up! Classic!!

I like the time she ran into the bathroom to steal all the toilet paper before Jerry's phone-sex "I can't spare a square" soon-to-be ex-girlfriend could get any.

I liked the scene when she ran across a man she was interested in, who was walking his dogs. The man asks her if she likes dogs. The images of her yelling out the window at the neighbor's barking mutts followed by her tentative "Yeah, I like dogs" was great. Another great scene (also involving dogs) was when she was wearing Jerry's jacket with a pocket full of mutton.

In one of the first episodes Elaine gets a bad back after sleeping on a spare bed at Jerrys parents. She takes a few muscle relaxers, and for the rest of the night she screams "Steeeella!". It's not just the way she says it, but also the way the uses her whole body when she says it! It really cracks me up!

I would have to say her best moment was either the time she was yelling 'steella!!' Or when she was teasing jerry about his girlfriend who didn't like the heat in his apartment.

That one was pretty great. I've always been partial to "Is it possible that I'm not as attractive as I think I am?" LOVE IT!!

She looks up about rabies in the encyclopedia and later drinks the bottled water and gurgles up the water like a rabid dog. This was just hilarious. By the way, the Airplane episode was also funny with Elaine sitting in coach.

I still like the Juji fruit episode. Her expression when she even mentions the juji fruit delimma cracks me up, she looks so pitiful, like a kicked dog. She is definately funnier on Seinfeld than she ever was on Saturday Night Live. Perhaps they should have let her do more of her own thing on SNL. She may have never had a chance to shine because of all the competition.
