What did you think of the hour-long montage of clips before the final eposide?

Personally I enjoyed it a lot. The bits where they had about 2 seconds at a time from various points for a few minutes was really cool, but it would have been exhausting if that had been for the whole show. They didn't cover all the episodes - off the top of my head I am pretty certain there wasn't anything from the Bette Midler episode, or the Assman/proctologist episode. It was a really good snapshot of the show if you had spent any time at all watching the show through it's history.

I actually enjoyed the montage more than the final episode.

Is that wrong ??

I'm sure there was HEAPS of episodes that weren't featured... the purpose of it wasn't to show a bit from every episode.

I thought the clip show was better than the last episode too. Especially the bloopers. George's father trying to ask about the apartment in Del Boca Vista is a riot. I love it !!!

If you would like to see some other great moments from the series then I recommend that you check out "Seinfeld Volume 6" from Columbia Tri Star Home Video. It is rated (M)15+ and is available in most video stores, especially Target, for $14.95. It contains THE HEART ATTACK, THE DEAL, THE LIBRARY and HIGHLIGHTS OF A HUNDRED a.k.a. THE CLIP SHOW. I can't recall exactly which clips are featured but the episode runs for an hour.
