In my opinion, the scene where Kramer pretends to be a detective was hilarious and the best I've seen. I loved it when he said, "Start making love to that wall, you pervert!" Does anyone else agree?

I loved that scene. However, it is impossible to pick the best Kramer scene ever. The episode where The K Man adopted a 1 mile stretch of highway was a classic along with when he went under cover to see if Jerrey's accountant was doing drugs.
My favorite Kramer scene/episode was the "ka ra te' Jerry!" when the top of the class whitebelt Kramer battles small children at the local dojo!
