this was one of the few seinfelds i hadnt seen and it was superb!!
**I know a few people who live on LI who are single..I dont know about apartments..but a lot (note the correct spelling of a lot..not alot ) of people who rent a level of a pvt house.....ie the first floor. they are retro fitted with seperate entrances. He could live on the island ..and work in the city. The rest I am not sure of...but that takes care of 2 3 and 4**
He may have been mentioned in passing, but this was his first appearance. FWIW, Rick Overton has long been one of my favorite standup comedians. It wouldn't surprise me if he and Jerry were buddies years before.

Thanks for the info, despite ratboy's answer to #5. However, I now have a new question. If enough people saw the show, and started a scam with having phony engagements as a way to get a copious amount of presents for free, would it then be considered "the DRAKE-OUT Fake-out???"
