I somewhat recall the episode in which Elaine breaks up with her boyfriend because of the punctuation mark, and then used the excalamation mark in all of Lipmann's catalogue...do you know when they are giong to air it? Its been long time since I saw it...

And what is the name of the actor that plays George Steinberner?

Larry David, co-creator of the series who occasionally did a cameo on camera, does Steinbrenner's voice. The burly guy whose back is always turned to the camera and "plays" Steinbrenner on screen, is a guy named, I believe, Larry Bear. He is seen but never heard on the show.

     Steinbrenner himself filmed a cameo role playing himself in a party scene
shot during the early months of 1996. It was never aired.
     It was set at George's wedding, filmed at a time when the story arc of the
series contemplated George Costanza actually getting married to Susan. We know
that storyline was changed in mid-season and Susan killed off in a vintage
Seinfeld way...and they never figured out an alternate way to use the footage
that would have made sense. So while Steinbrenner was a frequent character on
the show, the REAL George Steinbrenner, in his only turn before the Seinfeld
cameras, was left on the cutting room floor.

There's a lot of unseen footage known to exist, including an alternate ending for the series finale, that has never been seen. It'd be interesting if some time, the syndicators would compile a clip episode showing the unseen stuff that we all know is still in the Castle Rock vaults.

There are also rumors that whole episodes were shot and never aired on NBC or anywhere else because of controversial content, but I doubt that's the case. The only "lost" whole episode is the controversial Puerto Rican Day episode, which WAS aired once in the original NBC network North American run just before the series finale---but never rerun on NBC or released into North American syndication.
