I am not sure if Beefarino by name actually exists or what it might be like, however, I have started to call a new product this name just for fun. The producer is Lloyd's Barbeque Beef. It comes in a plastic container (sorry no tin) and is shreded beef in Lloyd's barbeque sauce. It tastes very much like the ribs sold by the same company which is why I decided to give it a try. I have it for lunch sometimes.

I heard they originally wanted to use a real product ("Beefaroni" perhaps?) but the company objected, so they made up the name "Beefarino".
Is the container orange and red? I think I've had it, and I recall not liking it as much as Rusty liked the Beefarino... :-)
The one I bought recently is yellow with a blue lid. I like it as much as Rusty did. Luckily I don't "process" it like Rusty did. :-)
The Beefarino tin that Kramer had did remind me of those days shopping in Sam's Club, where they had stuff in bulk that while the prices seem good on a per ounce basis, I couldn't see buying those huge sizes. This made it even funnier that Kramer couldn't pass up the bargin and bought so many cans of it.
By the way, the expression on the Ross' faces when Rusty is "expressing" himself is done so well, you can almost smell it watching it. The same sort of expression that Elaine had on her face when George's father is saying "...I have a foot odor problem."
