BTW, it's been used at least twice. The time you refer to, which is actually "she said i was a hipster doofus". That was when he dated the lady in the wheelchair (from the handicap spot episode).
There was also an episode where Elaine called Kramer a hipster doofus, but i can't remember the specifics . . . anybody else?

Elaine called Kramer a "hipster doofus" in the episode where she got bitten by the dog at the eyeglasses shop. She thought she had contracted rabies from the dog and lashed out at Kramer for some reason or other - only then learning that irritability is a sign of rabies.
Remember? The new "Commando 8" air condtioner finally did the offending dog in.

The dog wasn't actually "done in" (i.e. killed) though, was he? I remember him showing up later, in the glasses store I think, with one of those lampshade things around his neck.

Yep. It was the episode where Geore's glasses were (believed) stolen. Elaine is bitten by a dog in the optometrist's. Later, when she thinks she has rabies, she snaps at Kramer, calling him a (ta-daa!) Hipster Doofus.
