I have it on PAL not NTSC (they have rerun it on Australia TV countless times. Is that any help. I guess I could look at gettiing a NTSC copy

What the hell channel are you watching? They have only shown season nine once one tv2, and although I do not have sky, I believe they are only showing one episode a day at the moment at that started back at episode 1 a few weeks ago. Let me know if you have a secret channel we should be watching.
On Sky1 they've just recently started showing every episode from the beginning for the 3rd time (they're up to episode #25) and including the tv2 episode that makes 3 airings of 'The Puerto Rican Day'. Hence why I said that they keep showing it because after the end of the current Sky1 Seinfeld run it will have been shown 4 times.
