help needed identifying Seinfeld episode

I need to identify the specific Seinfeld episode in which Kramer and Seinfeld talk extensively about a "write off." (I think this involves some kind of potential tax fraud scheme.) Also, once I've identified this episode, I'd like to get a copy of the write off scene for use in my class at John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

I think you are talking about THE TRUTH, it would be easy if you explain more about the episode.

That would be the "Package" when kramer intentionally breaks Jerry's stereo, and he mails it back to Jerry after getting it insured. Then Kramer tells Jerry it is no big deal because the post office justs "writes it off"

You are referring to Episode 131 "The Package" where Kramer convinces Jerry to break his old stereo and then insure it through the mail and make a postal claim for the damage. Jerry doesn't want to do it, but Kramer goes on a tirade about how its all a write-off for the post office. George also takes sexy pictures in this episode and gets accused of a porno ring by the post office. A great episode...I don't have

Wrong. The Puerto Rican Day discusses the deductible, not the write off in regards to letting Jerry's Saab get stolen to get out of the traffic jam. Write off is discussed in The Package when Kramer tries to get Jerry involved in mail fraud.
