Yeah, who is the other stand-up? The one who can't tell good jokes, and jerry can't stand. the name escapes me and I find him just so crazy- atleast his relationship with Jerry.

Jerry wrote the Ovaltine bit for Kenny Banya in episode #138 "The Fatigues" The Jon Lovitz character "Gary Fogel" was in episode #99 entitled "The Scofflaw" They were 2 different episode.
