Uhhh... do you mean UHF? VH1 is an adult contemporary music channel. UHF starred "Weird Al" Yankovic and Michael Richards (Kramer) as Stanley Spadowsky. A classic and all-time great movie.
As for the similarities... not really. They act similar, but Stanley is outright stupid. Kramer at least is quite intelligent- both just lack some common sense, 'tis all.
