I seem to recall that in the original airing of the episode with Kramer's kidney stone and Tim Whatley's pre-Thanksgiving party that the statue Jerry knock's out of the window punctures a parade ballon. Am I crazy or was this scene cut?

Think the kideny stone was a different ep...the one where jerry dates the gymnist....but the statue did fall and puncture woody woodpecker in the take-off of Midnight Cowboy....with Geo buying John Voight's LeBaron

I may be crazy but you missed the point. Was the punctured ballon scene cut from the episode I am referring to? The one where Elaine identifies the big band song off the radio (something about Pottersville...good trivia) and Mr. Pitt gets to hold the balloon string. . Was the scene cut?
