Regulars at Monk's

Does anyone notice that there seems to be regular customers at the coffee shop Monk's? When you are watching episodes in a row, you begin to see the same people in the same coffee shop in different episodes. Does anyone else notice this?

I had not noticed any regulars at Monks (except for our four) but having regulars makes sense in a city like New York where people tend to hang out at their neighborhood establishments. Next time I'll pay attention to the customers in the background. That is a good, realistic ploy and thank you for pointing it out.

Also, do you notice that the waitresses show up regularly, especially the one who gave George the finger! Also, the old lady cashier is always the same, she is the one who "cheated" George out of change for a twenty. Try looking for the "regulars" in each episode and see where they sit and/or move around in the diner.

He was also part of the 'panel' of employees from Monk's that George was polling about what storiues would make him more pitiful to women. The waitresses were answering George but the manager only asked something like 'Are we almost done?' or 'Can I go now?' In another espisode he also theatened to fire George's smart-talking pseudo-girlfriend that was a waitress at Monk's 'cause he kept calling her there.
