Can anybody tell me the name of the place Jerry's parents live in Florida?

The complex is called Del Boca Vista, no doubt a play on the retirement areas of Delray Beach (hi Grandma :) and Boca Raton.

Jerry's parents live in a condo community called Del Boca Vista, which is Spanish as "Of the Mouth View," although a grammatically incorrect phrase. "Vista De La Boca" would be "View of the Mouth." Either way it doesn't really make sense, but hey. It's "Seinfeld." :-)

It's probably a play on the fact that Boca Raton (Mouth of the Rat) is a city in Palm Beach County where many elderly New Yorkers go when they retire. And that these 'retirement communities' often have names full of 'words' like Lakes (or Pines or Woods) of Lago Del Mar Boca Vista Trace Pass Village etc.

Del Boca Vista (Phase III) is an amalgamation of these community names.

I would assume that the name probably translates more losely
from "Of the mouth view" to "Community with a view of the mouth
of the river" or something as descriptive.
