Seinfeld has always been about distaste--accidentally killing birds and George not caring--why should a human be any different. With any show, as time goes on the characters get more exagerated (Alex and Mallory Keaton). George, Kramer, Elaine and Jerry are no different. Look at Kramer in the early episodes. He isn't nearly the nut he is now, or any of them. What makes it brilliant is that it is funny and does make us laugh. On paper (or E-mail) it's not gonna look very funny, but wait until you watch it. You may be appalled, but I bet you laugh. We've done it for many years now and it what makes the Sein so creative. We must lighten up with our petty offenses before we destroy ourselves. We've all lost someone, we've all faced death. It's not funny I agree, but this is a tv show. If you can't realize life is not tv, please don't watch anymore. Jerry wouldn't care--he always comes out even. You can frazile the Sein (well, Newman can).--just one tv addict's humble opinion.
