Who WAS that guy?

I just saw a rerun of the episode where there was a mannequin at a clothing store that looked like Elaine. At the end they complemented the designer of the mannequin for the positive response they were getting for item <xxnn - don't remember the number>. Any way, he said "I think of it as Elaine". Was that guy someone from another episode? I don't remember him.

He was the guy Elaine met on the subway in the episode where she took Mr. Costanza's TV Guide.

Yeah he was the nut who collected TV Guides and meets elaine in the subway at the end of the episode I think he makes a picture of elaine by cutting up a bunch of TV Guides

That guy once rode the subway with Elaine & K. When K. went out of the train to pick up a Gyro he couldn't get back in. This man start hitting on Laney about her boyfriend couldn't get back in. She said K. is not my BF. This man really into TV times. When Laney left she left him with Mr. Costanza's TV times. He eventually traced to the Costanza and hit it off real good with Sr. Costanza. They both enjoy collecting TV times! This man turned out to be a Mannequin designer and made one like Laney on this episode. I really get a kick out of the sales lady. Some of these sales professional are very intimidating, when they have to size up the thickness of your wallet in a very short time. They all like to check from your head to toe. To be fair if they don't close a deal they don't get paid. There are also sales person can almost hypnotised U. One look at their face one has to ask where to sign the dotted line!

I like in the end K. has to dump Olive ( her name right?) and went out to the car start kissing the mannequin, and tore her arms off.
