When Newman is spewing a rant towards Jerry that goes something like this:"...when you control the mail, you control...information!!!", Jerry's back is too the camera, but you can see his whole body shaking with laughter.
Another one is at the very end of the Parking garage when the car doesnt start. That wasnt writen into the script, and at 4am in the morning when it was shot the non-starting car proves to be very funny for Jason and Julia who are in the back convulsing. You can see Jason turning his head away from the camera to avoid being seen.

Tonight's episode had what looked like an improvised line and a "lose it" moment. At the end of The Pony Remark episode, Jerry says "Who figures an immigrant's gonna have a pony"; Louis-Dreyfuss then nearly loses it, almost choking on her coffee.

The final scene of "The Note" when the four spot Joe Dimaggio dunking donuts and Kramer tries to break his concentration. His yells and bangs on the table startle Jerry and Elaine and she just about buries her face in Jerry's shoulder in laughing.
