Restaurant?

I'm new to this newsgroup so excuse me if this has been asked before. The restaurant Jerry and the others always eat at is obviously a studio set. (God, I always get hungry when I see them eating there!) The exterior shot is an actual restaurant somewhere. Does anyone know? I suspect it's in NYC but who knows?
