BlockHead - Sighting #4

I spotted that blonde guy with the big head again. That
makes 4 times he's been an extra on Seinfeld.
1.George hires a secretary and has sex with her. In
that episode he is standing a movie line-up.
2.Asks George for the "time" at the airport in the episode
where George pretends to be "O'Brian" ( a Nazi ) so
that he can ride in a limo?
3.As the pedestrian that Elaine bumps into that makes her
drop her skis in the 'Kiss Hello' episode.
4.The Dog Owner in the 'Makinaw Peaches' episode.
