George Steinbrenner is selling the NY Yankees

You can see on the news that the Yankees are being sold. Supposedly the buyer is a cable TV station or something. But can't we make a good guess as to who is REALLY buying the team?

He is not selling the Yankees. Cablevision, who own the Knicks and Rangers, offered to buy the Yankees. Cablevision also owns MSG, who broadcast a lot of Yankee games.
