Newman and Jerry Info needed

I have seen all the Seinfeld episodes but I have always wondered why Jerry hates Newman so much and vice versa. I mean what caused this feud when did it start Thanks in advance

The reason for Jerry's dislike of Newman is still a little unclear to me
dispite Jerry's "pure evil" description of the fat mailman. However, I have the
impression that Newman dislikes Jerry because of Jerry's early, serious
relationship with Elaine. In fact, Newman's love of Elaine is a consistent
undercurrent throughout the series when Newman is involved.
   In turn, Jerry may dislike Newman because Newman has always shown scorn for
Jerry. It's kind of a -You hate me so I hate you thing.
   But how can anybody not like Jerry!

Makes sense to me and Newman did do some dirty things to Newman like helping the crazy barber get some of Jerrys hair to prove he was with the other barber and Newman got 6 months free haircuts and a comb and He told on Jerry to his parents about making out during the movie schindlers list. But I like Newman too
