...ria ??? PLEASE HELP !!!

I'm from Germany and the only way to watch Seinfeld without any stupid translation is to catch it from some swedish TV Station via Satellite.

But that's not the issue I have a question about... (As you probably figured out by now my native tongue is not English)

There is an episode (please don't ask about the Season or even the episode Nr.) where Kramer and his friend have a gig in a hospital. They are supposed to pretend a disease and some medical students have to diagnose them. In order to do that every actor has to pull an envelope with the name of the disease they have to simulate.

And here the Question that keeps me awake at night:

Kramer pulls a disease he is not very happy about. It is some ....ria ??? Nore can't I understand the name of that damn disease neither do I know what it is or how it is spelled.

I tried to look it up in several dictionaries but this is very hard if you don't know how to write it.

Kramer is upset as this is the second time he was given the same disease because he did such a good job portraying it the first time. He is therefore afraid that he is being type-cast just as Michael Richards is in real life for portraying Kramer so well. So this was a little inside joke.
