The episode is called The Pick and it has more subplots than most - including.

Jerry is caught by Tia, the model that he met on the plane, picking his nose in his car while she is riding in a cab. That ends their relationship. Tia wears Ocean, a perfume that smells like the beach. When Kramer realizes that Calvin Klein (who Tia works for) is making millions from that idea which he demonstrated to an executive there who called it stupid (in The Pex Dispenser), he goes to the Calvin Klein office and confronts the executives. They offer him the job of modelling his own line of underwear (briefs). Kramer takes a photo of Elaine which she uses in her personalized Xmas card which she widely distributes. Unfortunately, one of her nipples is showing. George convinces Susan to take him back only to wind up regretting the act because he pines for a steady girlfriend only when he doesn't have anyone else.

This episode is scheduled to be shown in syndication on Wed. Aug 7th.

The woman in question was Susan. This was during the first time they were together, right after Jerry and George got the TV show deal. She actually dumped him because of Kramer causing the cabin to burn down, etc. But George was also complaining because every time he went to her apartment he felt "like he was walking into a cell" (or words to that effect)

I think the real reason she dumped him was because George kissed her in front of the NBC execs, and they fired her. Losing her job was probably the straw that broke the camels' back.

I don't know the offical name of the episode, but I tend to call it "Nipples and Picks" becuase of the two recurring themes of that ep. That was how George got out of his big mistake of seeing Susan again.
