What Episode?

Hi! I need help! I can't remember the specific episode that this took place in:

When Elaine's roommate that had dated Kramer came to Elaine's office and said she was getting kicked out of the building. And Elaine asked why and she said there was a list of complaints. And Elaine mentions buzzing in the Jehovah Witness and the fact that Elaine used Canadian quarters in the washer and dryer. Anybody know the ep? I know I didn't make this up! But I can't find the info in the reference materials that I have.

it's 2 seperate episodes.

in the first one kramer dates elaine's roomate (Tina). elaine gets upset because they always leave the house a wreck, kramer sees elaine naked, etc.. they make love to jungle music and such. It's called "The Truth", episode 19

in the second one the roommate returns to tell elaine she's getting kicked out of her apartment, like this guy says. that's "The Opposite", episode 86

Tina was also in "The Deal" episode
