Top of the muffin to ya'!

I would be very interested to know if anyone can really get their muffins to do this amazing trick. I live in Iowa, and try as I have, I don't seem to be able to peel the top of the muffin off (maybe they make them to moist, or muffins here don't have a mushroom top). Anyway to anyone who is reading this, I would like you to all go out, buy a muffin, and report to me if you can peel the top off it!

One other thought, in the begining of their muffin store, they didn't make the whole muffin, they just made the top. Doesn't there have to be a bottom for there to be a... oh never mind.

I think they created a great muffin quote from that episode.. when elaine is explaining to Mr. Lippman about it and she says ".. you Pop the Top, Toss the Stump, see?" I love that!
