I recently saw The Opera again (Season 4, Ep 049), but when I think of Crazy Joe Divola, I realised that there has to be an error in this Episode.

If Joe Divola has taken pictures of Elaine everywhere she goes, he also would have taken them at Jerry's, isn't it?

Not necessarily *everywhere*. I'm sure there werre places where she was safe from his attention.
