Overlooked reference to another TV show

I didn't follow the "reference to other TV shows" too closely, but I believe the "Dragnet" reference from "The Statue" was overlooked. In this reference, Kramer puts on Jerry's grandpa's old hat and says something like "I look like Jack Webb from Dragnet."
