ive heard him say "Cosmo" but to the life of me i cant recall him saying "Kramer". feel free to tell me i'm wrong.

Fans debate whether Jerry ever calls Kramer by his name rather than just "Cosmo," with evidence presented that Jerry does say "Kramer" in at least one episode.

I'm afraid you are in fact wrong. First incident that pops into my mind is when Jerry told George he was going to L.A. to do the Tonight Show and he said, "We can go look for Kramer." (or something to that extent) And later, when he saw Kramer on "Murphy Brown," he said, "Hey, it's Kramer!" Trust me, there are at least a few dozen other examples.
Jerry says Kramer all the time. Like in the episode where George is dating Siena (Elaine: "Sienna?" Jerry: "Yeah ... he's datin' a crayon ..."), Kramer goes on the tour of the zoo and a monkey throws a banana peel at him. Kramer finds out it was the monkey and he throws it back.
Jerry: "Kramer, you threw a banana peel at a monkey?" Kramer: "Well he started it!" Jerry: "It's a monkey Kramer!"
Or when Kramer buys the dungarees (sp?) and the next door neighbor asks him to watch her son for an hour. Her son thinks that Kramer is Frankenstein and makes a run for it, so Kramer called Mickey and has him 'sit in' for the son. The neighbor returns home and says good night to her sleeping son and Mickey replies 'Good night' in his deep voice. Next shot is in Jerry's apartment and you hear her scream. Jerry and George look over towards the door for a second, then Jerry says: "Gotta have something to do with Kramer."
