She dances pretty well when she says "I'm goin to the Super Bowl with Tim Watley" and when Jerry and she are doing the "Happy Dance" when they are moving in on the breaking up married couple thanks to George's comment.... But then there's the office party.

IIRC, that scene with Elaine's bad dancing when she was CEO filling in for Peterman, was a parody of Lorne Michaels - producer of SNL - when he tried to dance with his staff. (a kid from Forest Hill - they got NO rhythm) ;-)
