Has there been a conspicous "Stella" in American literature or theater?
I obviously wonder about Elaine's outrageous doped up greetings of Stella in "The Pen".
Just recently I heard a reference of a Stella that is someone in a something by Tennesse Williams.

Yeah, I've finally unsubscribed from that newsgroup. It died for a while then seemed to be taken over by ne'er-do-wells. Sadly, when the show ended, for all intents and purposes, the group ended.
