Her character is Celia, who lives in prison.

I love Jerry & George's reasoning for her being the perfect woman:

You know where she is all the time. There's relatively no competition. You don't have to worry about pop-ins, no "I was in the neighborhood", no "I saw your light was on". And of course, conjugal visit.
