M*A*S*H didn't invent the plotline. There's a movie whose name I don't know that M*A*S*H swiped it from.

you can't copyright an idea, and besides, seinfeld is a very creative funny show that always stirs up a laugh or two, or three, etc. M*A*S*H is a mutated army show from 1803 that has bad storylines and generally bad humor and it sucks too
