Lack of material?

I'm surprised I haven't read any comments about this.

I usually enjoy the opening and closing blurbs where Jerry is doing his act, but was really disappointed when I'd already heard the ones used in the season opener (on the Tonight Show the night before). I'm always disappointed when I hear a comedian do the same act more than once. Granted, you can't come up with a completely new act for each appearance, but why give away punchlines from the season opener the night before it airs?

Don't get me wrong. I really liked the seedless watermelon bit and sex/car wreck analogy...the first time!

The watermelon bit was on Larry King Live WEEKS ago. Yech.
