I think it's amazing that a show that's no longer on the air is STILL good enough to share top honors.

For those who missed it, Seinfeld and Frasier tied for best sitcom. The difference is there hasn't been a new Seinfeld episode in about 9 months!

I wonder if any other show has ever received a "posthumous" award like
this.

Sorry. Didn't catch the People's Choice Awards speech. Sure would like to see it though. I did see Seinfelds latest HBO special on New Year's Eve. Have you all seen this? It was incredible. I don't think my stomach has recovered from the laughter yet! Does anyone know if this will be released on video at some point? I'd be willing to pay $ for it. It was priceless.
