Here we go again with another list! Foreign fans, we need your help! What countries have shown Seinfeld?

US UK Canada Germany Holland? New Zealand? Australia France Norway Sweden? Finland?

D'oh! I thought you meant which countries have been *mentioned* on Seinfeld. I guess I didn't read the thread that closely.

Anyway, I read in an industry ad that Seinfeld has aired in over 45
countries.

Hi fellow Seinfeld fans!

The show is also aired in Denmark! It's on late thursday nights, on TV-2!

I also catch the show on Norwegian TV 2, the air the latest* ep on thursdays, and they just started from scratch on sundays, 3 or 4 weeks ago!

By the way, it's kinda funny to observe the What-is-what-and-why-countrydiscussion!

UK stands for United Kingdom. I am unsure if that is England or England and Scotland or what. Holland is part of the Netherlands which I think includes Denmark and some other countries. Dutch people live in Holland.

United Kingdom= United Kingdom of Great Britain(England,Scotland,and Wales) and Northern Ireland. (The Repubilc of Ireland, or Eire, is an independent nation that's not part of the UK)

Holland is part of The Netherlands. Some people refer to the entire country as Holland but that's incorrect.

Denmark is a sovereign nation. It is part of a region known as Scandanavia,which generally consists of Denmark,Norway,Sweden,Iceland and sometimes Finland.

The Dutch are the inhabitants of the entire Kingdom of the Netherlands. Zeeland, and Ubrecht(sp?) are also part of the Netherlands.

It's definitely on in the Netherlands - I was in Amsterdam earlier this year and to our joy we picked up "The Doodle" (? - the one with the fleas, right?) on a Dutch channel - don't know which one though.

Yup, you can add Finland to the list. They just started on the sixth season and keep showing the episodes in the wrong order. We already had "The Mom and Pop Store" and next up is "The Soup" but there has been no sign of "The Big Salad" or "The Gymnast" yet. And this, in my opinion, is needless and stupd. So only in the loose sense of the word, Seinfeld is "showing" on Finnish telly. I've had my rant.

Well, it airs here in Denmark on thursday nights at 00:30-01-00, and currently we're on the start of the 5. season. We've just finished the 4. season, and before that, there was NO Seinfeld for 4-5 years!
