I thought I had this one on tape but unfortunately I don't so does anyone know where to download a copy in mpg or avi (divx) format? They don't seem to have it at http://episodes4all.cjb.net/ so that's why I'm asking here.

It should be at that site. If not cutemx.com will have it, you need to download the program though.
