An unsubstantiated Internet source (now there's a redundancy) floats the idea that Jerry's girlfriend's original last line was "...not to mention all the n*gg**s and k*kes.", but the NBC censors insisted it be altered to "blacks" and "jews". Now _that_ would have thrown the whole "tasteless ethic joke" theme in a starker light.
