ok, I watched this one last night, and when Elaine ran into Mr. Lippman at the bookstore, she asked him what he was doing there, and he said that he works for Pundant Publishing. Later in the episode, when Elaine is at the Top o the Muffin store, she makes reference about how when she worked for him at Pendant Publishing? So Mr Lippman went from working at Pundant to working at Pendant? Did I get that right? Can somebody elaborate?

Mr. Lippman was Elaine's boss at Pendant Publishing. When Pendant collapsed, Elaine and Mr. Lippman lost their jobs ('The Opposite'). So I guess after Pendant, Lippman went to Pundant. No pun intended.
