It seems like Kramer is always referring people to Newman whenever they need help. Like when Elaine was bothered by the barking dog and a cigarette smoking Newman agreed to get rid of it.
Anyway, it always ends badly for Jerry, Elaine and George. But Kramer seems to come out of it OK.

My guess on this one is because Newman has nothing to lose and who better to attempt to pull off a stunt then someone like [email] (Greg) wrote:

probably because newman is the only person more twisted than kramer. only kramer doesn't realize how warped they both are, so he continues to seek help from that peculiar, i mean particular, quarter.
at least this time kramer did end up in the back of that police car. his torn shirt was the clue. only newman seemed to be expecting it. how many times does this make that kramer has been arrested?
