Does anyone know the name of the episode where Peterman thinks Elaine's name is Suzy and soon Suzy becomes an entity and then Elaine has to say she died and in the end they think Jerry is the one who killed her?

It was Peggy who was calling Elaine "Susie " Peterman thought Susie was real but knew she was not Elaine. So when they meet, Peggy is calling Elaine, "Susie", Peterman is calling Elaine "Elaine" and the conversation is vague enough for Peggy and Peterman to never figure out the difference.
