Help solve a debate!

    On an episode of Seinfeld that aired recently, Elaine's being
blacklisted by doctors.  In the middle of the night she gets a phone
call to confirm who she is.  Someone has mentioned that the caller is
Phil Hartman, but if it is, he's not credited for it.  Does anyone know
for sure?

I don't know, but I doubt it because even though Phil Hartman was a master at many voices, that one didn't sound anything like him.
