Right On. Remember all the crimes Seinfeld and the gang have committed during the past nine years - Susan's Death would be a great basis for an investigation. I can hardly wait to hear the L&O 'c-chung' as Lennie and Rey enter "Seinfeld Apartment - 129 west 81st St." Then they could interview all the victims - the marble rye lady, the cop where they peed in the garage, the hadicapped lady where they parked in her spot etc...

If Dick Wolf and Jerry don't do it I think WE should.

you're a friggin' genius, mike. you should really learn to spell "plagiarism" before you file your unsuccessful lawsuit.

you're making a claim that's like saying "hey, i wrote a song that has a C chord, F chord, and G chord in it -- so now if you use those chords, you're stealing from me." you have somewhat of a vaguest sense of what really happened, but the concept of reviewing the past nine seasons and working old characters in by focusing on all the ways the fab four has wronged them is about as generic as they come (and might be why people are so negative about the finale). the crime investigation angle is there, too, but it's all wrong. you don't mention the good samaritan angle whatsoever, or claim that they all go to trial and wind up in jail. specifics, man, specifics. with all the specualtion out there, you chose a very generic route and didn't nail down anything of significance.

you're not much better than the daily horoscopes, buddy. and from all the negative backlash on the group, are you *really* sure you're going to want credit for this?

the lack of capitalization is an old cyberspace convention that shows who's been around for a while and who has recently jumped on the internet bandwagon. it's pretty commonly accepted (try it, you'll like it) -- at least much more than lack of punctuation (see your above reply), spelling errors, blatant profanity, and ALL CAPITALS. and i wouldn't want you to start claiming that i ripped off your idea to capitalize, so i'll stick with it.

i'm not a lawyer, mike -- i just play one on TV. and you're just a guilty bystander. :)

I'm in a film class and had an idea for a filed to be called "Suicide Kings and One Eyed Jacks." a movie by almost the exact same name was just released but I'm not about to go and sue anyone. It's called a coincidence... And if you don't think it's a coincidence then take it as a compliment.
