My guess is that they may have filmed the second and third (third and forth?... the ones with her hair short) in the summer. They do not always film them in the order they air. Who knows: future episodes may have been filmed when her hair was short too, or it was a wig.

Well , just like the episodes , at least now, are not connected , niether are the hairstyles from one to the next. I think it was a short wig in episode 1 and 2 of this season.
