I have to questions:

	1) Is there anyone out there (honest & reliable) with this
	   episode on tape that I can send a blank tape and some
	   money to for a copy? This is my all time favorite episode.
	2) What was the name that the matre'd (sp?) called George
	   when he was yelling out the name to say that the table
	   was ready?
